TARA is a digital platform designed to connect local physical shops with nearby customers through ads and QR coupons. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our apps.
Advertisers (Sellers and Creators) are responsible for ensuring that their advertising content, text, images, and offers ("Content") uploaded for inclusion on TARA complies with all applicable laws. TARA assumes no responsibility for any illegality or inaccuracy of the Content.
You guarantee that your Content does not violate any copyright or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, and you agree to release TARA from all obligations and claims arising from the use of the service.
By uploading Content, advertisers grant TARA a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such Content on the platform to help market your shop.
All other materials (software, interface, design, branding) on TARA are our property. No material from our platform may be copied or reproduced without our written permission.
TARA reserves the right to review, edit, or remove Content that violates our guidelines or is deemed irrelevant/inappropriate.
We also have the right to cooperate with authorities if any Content or user behavior violates the law. The identity of active sellers or creators may be verified to ensure the safety of our users.
TARA collects information from Users and Advertisers to provide the service. It is a condition of use that you consent and authorize TARA to collect and use this information. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
Some features, like publishing beyond the free tier limits, require a premium subscription. Billing is handled securely through Google Play. TARA does not store your credit card information directly.
TARA acts purely as a digital bulletin board and coupon distributor. We do not facilitate the actual sale of goods. All transactions and coupon redemptions happen physically at the Seller's shop.
TARA assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the use of the platform and disclaims all liability for any injury, claim, or damage resulting from the use of our service or honoring/dishonoring of coupons by Sellers.
TARA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of TARA implies your acceptance of the modified terms.
TARA is operated under the laws and regulations of Sri Lanka.
